We are so excited that you chose to purchase your new home in West Winds. Whether you are living in your home or have purchased the property as an investment in rental real estate, we are excited to have you a part of our neighborhood. 

We as a neighborhood are really proud of the community we have built. It is our hope that you continue to enjoy all of the wonderful things that West Winds offer for many years to come.

Membership dues pay for the maintenance, utilities and water for the pool. Dues also pay for grounds, liability insurance and property taxes. All the above adds value to your home and makes the neighborhood more attractive to potential buyers.

The board is made up of homeowners who are members of the Association in good standing. We are volunteers of our community. If you are interested in volunteering or have ideas you would like to share, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We do our best at giving of our time to help make West Winds a wonderful place to live. We are happy to have you as our neighbor!
