Postcards with the 4th quarter meeting announcement were mailed Wednesday, 9/27.  It appears some of the cards did not have the announcement printed on them.  All cards were to read:

6/6/2022 - Updated HOA working hours. 

• 10AM - 2PM Tuesday - Thursday only. Please contact the HOA at westwindsassociation@gmail.com during those hours only for information, FB page "Owner" request, not renter, new owner documentation, waiver's.

• There are a couple of things that need to happen before pool access cards are issued

• - the Association member who is the property owner, must be in good standing, no dues outstanding

• - member standing is confidential

• - pool access cards are issued after a members standing is verified and

• - the member has signed a Pool Waiver and submitted the Waiver to a Board member

• A pool access card will be issued to the property owner when the information is has been completed with the HOA during business hours; no weekend exceptions as the HOA Board Members are on a volunteer basis. Plan ahead.

5/20/2022 - Residents, please maintain good animal control and cleanup; lately, residents have been voicing their concerns about dog-owners not picking up dog waste along the streets and especially roaming dogs wandering into the neighbors yard dropping waste and the dog-owner leaving it as is without responsibly disposing it with a dogbag.
